Teller Communication & Control System (TCCS) Concept
Beyond being just a Teller-Controlled Switching System, this Teller Communication & Control System allows the tellers in the Bank to indirectly interact with the customers that are standing and waiting in line.
Based on an idea inspired by an electronics/electrical technician named Marcel Muhammed who designed and built electronic teller-controlled switching systems for the Banks in our area at the time, employed my help in discovering the possibility of using a software to control the system instead that can run on an existing computer network and output the display to a monitor screen.
The concept of this system was created in 2007, just over a year after I had just started an Applied Associates of Science degree in Information Technology and majoring in Information Systems Development while attending C.O.S.T.A.A.T.T. starting in 2006.
Unfortunately, it was short-lived, being indefinitely suspended just a few months shy of the big, global economic crisis that hit the very next year in 2008 but didn't fail due to a lack of funding.
However, I believe someone may find a new purpose for it someday to give it some relevance again.
