Although the concept of the project may seem similar to others like Fiverr, variety is still encouraged to give people more options. Especially in areas such as business management and administration, what benefits users are getting, professionalism, responsibility, integrity, and accountability where much of these things may still not be provided. This causes many users to complain as it leaves room for a 'Wild Wild West' to be created by people who dominate the platform with unfair business practices to the disadvantage of others. This would present an opportunity to provide something better by focusing on what other providers don't put more effort in. So, the ultimate goal is to create a good business by delivering exactly what satisfies the customer's wants and needs, what solves their problems, and what serves their interests to make them happy and keep them happy by consistently delivering the same to create a business brand that's 'Being Spot On'.​
